6th January is the day of Epiphany (The 3 Kings Day) which is The 12 day of Christmas. In France, they have their traditional way to celebrate Epiphany and last night we had celebrate it :)

Gateau des Rois is traditional cake in Provence (on the right), and the other one is Galette des Rois which is traditionally from North of France
Furthermore, according to my Mom in Law, the Epiphany is the event where the Three Kings (Caspar, Melchior and Balthazar) visited Jesus after his birth . The 12 days of Christmas song now made sense to me, I thought its just like a Twinkle Twinkle song but it's relate to the old and new testaments, the 3 kings, the gospels, gift of Holy Spirit, 10 commandments, the 11 apostles of Jesus and the Apostle Creed!
